Product Warranty:

• The Cover Store offers a two year prorated warranty on all CoverMates Classic patio furniture covers. Covers are guaranteed to be free from material defect and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase by the original purchasing consumer. Should it be determined that a defect in material or workmanship has taken place within the warranty period, The Cover Store will, at its discretion, repair or replace the cover. This warranty does not include normal wear from usage and weather including fading from the sun, damage from strong winds, product alteration, acts of God, misuse and abuse, vandalism or any damage that occurs to the product when it is used in a manner other than that for which it was intended. The Cover Store reserves the right to make the final determination on defects. This warranty is not transferable and limits liability to the original purchase price of the product. In the event of possible defect, email The Cover Store and provide your full name, address and phone number. Also include the date of your cover purchase and your invoice number. Warranty claims will not be considered for covers that are returned to The Cover Store without prior approval. Defects that occur within the first eight months of purchase will be replaced free of charge. Defects that occur between 8 and 16 months from purchase will be given 50% credit towards replacement and defects that occur between 16 and 24 months from purchase will be given 33% credit towards replacement.
